When will we get to see our photos?

After about 2 weeks or less, you will receive an email with access to your child's fully-edited gallery.

How long does it take for us to get our printed photos?

After you've received your gallery, you'll have a 10 day ordering window.

Once that window closes, all print orders will be sent to the lab.

You can expect your prints to arrive to your school within 2 weeks from the date the ordering window closed.

Why does it take so long to get our printed photos?

All print orders are sent to the lab once the 10 day ordering window closes. This way all print orders for the same school are processed at the same time. Because I donate 10% of my sales to the schools, this is the most cost efficient way to print orders.

How long does it take to get our digital photo orders?

Immediately! If you've ordered digital photos, they will come to your email box. You MUST download within 7 days, as this link will expire and DOUBLE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. So many people enter the wrong email address and they don’t receive their photos.

What happens if I forget to order within the 10 day ordering window?

You can request your gallery to be reopened HERE. Unfortunately print orders will have closed already but you will still have an opportunity to order digital photos to print yourself.

Do you do retakes?

While I do not come back on another day to do retakes, it is always an option to bring your child in on another day that I am at the school to try again. If this is the case, the first set of photos are discarded.

If your school is small and we don’t do additional days, there is not an opportunity for a retake. However, most of the time I am at the school twice a year and there is another option to do photos then.

Who picks the backdrops?

Your director! I give them a large selection of backgrounds to choose from each season.
